Had a super weekend, working on fine tuning the food intake again.... My exercise has improved,
3 days in a row 7000-1220 steps between Friday & Sunday!!!!!

We actually had nice Florida weekend, relief from super heat 70 during the day 56-64 a night, A rare treat April, I get to leave at noon again this Friday, taking a little vacation time as I can squeeze it in.
