609 over yesterday. Darn those fun dips! lol. Determination challenge officially starts Wednesday so will have to put the fun dips out of sight or limit myself to just one.
Okay - perhaps let's do it this way...609 ab moves/tricep dips/pushups. Three of my LEAST favorite things in the exercise world. Will work on those tonight.
I aspire to walk on the treadmill tonight. But may change the 6.09 miles to 60.9 minutes of cardio. Figured if I exercise the amount I did over, it might provide the motiviation I need to eat within my means....my goal.
