Well so far so good. Even my husband mentioned that he had never seen me as committed as I am!! woohoo! Will weigh in on Monday, I promise. I do have a question though - I was expecting to lose weight around my lovely haha belly, but instead I'm losing weight in the upper part of my body - my rib cage??? And I can see the difference in my legs, but not my belly - any suggestions? I guess working out is a MUST (will start spinning classes this week - last week was just too hectic)

my weight was in my upper rib cage and my belly. Im just now seeing it in other places, my arms legs etc. Wait, I did notice my ankles were back after the first week! I think youre doing great and every body is different. I'm curious to see what others tell you. Youre kicking it though...bravo bravo bravo!

I am sure everyone loses differently. I lost the bulk of mine in my belly, but I had just had a baby so there was ALOT of belly to lose!!! I also noticed a lot in my ribcage and back. Went down 2 bra band sizes very quickly. So, just keep on truckin.

Great job! Yes, working out is definitely a must when you are stuck in specific areas to lose, but don't forget to work on the body as a whole so to not injure or over work any particular areas. Good luck!

Keep up the good work. Everyone's body is different and lose differently. I think that I am one of the lucky ones because I tend to loose in the tummy first. I find exercise a great help, both mentally and physically. I do spin class three days a week and I love it. I do body pump (strength) twice a week and yoga or pilates every day. I find arobic exercise is the most helpful and I couldn't do it with the support of my gym buddies. Good Luck to you.

I also think that i just one lovely part of being a woman too, we just loose it in the rib cage area first!! The belly will go for sure, dont worry!!!

i lost all of my boobs...was lopsided for awhile...it will slowly even out...just hang in there...
