This is my recipe for a Spinach and Bacon Quiche.

Spinach and Bacon Quiche

Quiche, with a spinach, bacon, and feta cheese filling.
Ingredients
10 servings medium eggs
4 servings frozen spinach
1 serving cooking creme, philadelphia
1 serving unsalted butter, melted
4 servings garlic powder
4 servings onion powder
4 servings seasoned salt, lawry's
4 servings crumbled feta cheese, private selection
8 servings thick cut sugar cured bacon, kroger
2 servings almond meal
1 serving butter flavored pam cooking spray
4 servings grated parmesan cheese, kroger
2 servings large brown eggs
1 serving paprika
1 tbsp heavy cream
4 dashes black pepper

Directions
1.Fry bacon until crisp, and set aside to cool. Break the bacon slices in half, and set aside until ready to use.
2.Mix the medium eggs with the seasonings, cooking creme, feta cheese, and spinach. Be sure to squeeze the excess water from the spinach before adding to the egg mixture. I also added a pinch of herbes de provence to the mixture.
3.Spray a casserole dish with the butter flavored pam, and add the almond meal to the dish. Rotate the dish to distribute the almond meal, as evenly as possible, over the bottom and sides of the dish; to form a light crust.
4.Pour the egg mixture into the casserole dish over the almond meal crust.
5.Push the bacon pieces down into the spinach and egg mixture. Top with the parmesan cheese, evenly.
6.Whip the brown eggs with the heavy cream and pour over the mixture in the casserole dish; spread evenly over the top. Dust it with the paprika.
7.Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees. Place the casserole dish into the oven for about 30 minutes, or until done. Allow to cool for ten to fifteen minutes before serving.

I'm trying to publish my recipe in this site, complete with a picture, but in the mean time, I'll try to upload a picture, within my profile, so you can see what it looks like.

I takes forever before they publish. I think I have 4 o5 recipes out there for months already. That's why I was so eager to directly get the information.

Yeah,I know; I have a bunch of recipes out there ready to be published as well, but this is one of the few that I've actually included a picture of. It's not an easy process either. I have to download my pictures, from my camera, on one computer, then export them to a jump drive, then download them to my recipe on this computer. It was an adventure trying to figure out how to do this; I guess next time it will be easier. :-) Jozette, you may want to adjust the seasoning salt to your tastes, as the cheeses have salt in them already, and may be enough.
