The "green part" of the picture is Spinach Quinoa Egg Scramble. I added EVOO spray, 1/4 tsp of minced garlic, and sprinkled Ms Dash (table version) atop. See the recipe. (It's pretty good and a hearty start to anyone's day...)
Whole wheat toast with local honey. Seedless grapes.

This is my first photo of my food, and yes, I did take the time and search for items in the picture. Not pictured - 25 fl oz water and 8 fl oz of Dublin Breakfast tea (no cream/no sugar).
