Speak good things to yourself. You get to decide how the day goes. Joy is a good goal word for the day no matter how it started! Praying you get over this illness in record time. IJN, AMEN!

Glad to hear that you are feeling better Dani, and tell grandma she can put her rose colored glasses away until they are needed again. LOL

The best part is I think I actually feel worse today than I have so far! But I was able to get moving, get the kid to school, and am at work making some monies that I've decided will go toward something frivolous - like a new pair of shoes! I'm almost down to my first goal and am considering dance lessons so new shoes will be a must. I'm thankful to be doing so well on my loss after being down this week and hope to see a new number tomorrow.
