Well, I guess that my thoughts on staying the same is good were not entirely accurate. Had a couple of high carb days. On the plus side, a lot of what I ate was oranges, which I craved. And I avoided processed sugar and stayed lower cal, so still better than it could have been. Back on program today, love those carbquick pancakes! Also discovered
"Classical Stretch" on PBS, which id a great way to get some higher level fitness without causing any problems with these old knees.

You will have to tell me about the carbquick pancakes. Is this your own recipe?

No, it's the recipe on the carbquik box. I get it on Amazon or from Netrition. Also got a few pounds of the carbalose (low carb) flour and want to experiment with pizza dough. I do make the pancakes with almond milk rather than water and add a tablespoon or so of flax meal for the health benefits. Love them! Great cakes can also be made by thinning a MIM with almond milk.
