Not sure about going down a pants size yet, but I just had to move my ring to a different finger because it was falling off. Taking that as my good sign for the day.

Woohoo! I'm not sure I'm ready to move pants sizes yet either but there is a definite 'ding' that you can feel other things not fitting the way they did before :) You're going great!

Thanks Dani! I am now off to get a new scale. Two days ago it said 206, this morning it said 208 before my shower and 207 after. I know I wasn't THAT dirty. LOL
