Well, I didn't eat a ton of calories today, but did not stay on Atkins well at all. It's the night thing - start looking for something pleasureable after I get home from work. I'll just keep working at it. I do choose to be thinner and while straight cals may lead to slower loss than Atkins - 1300 cals should eventually lead to weight loss one way or the other....

:) WAY TO STAY POSITIVE, I WENT OVER YESTERDAY BY LIKE 5 OR 6 CARBS....BUT I GUESS ON THE POSITIVE IT WAS W/ THE ALLOWED FOOD FOR PHASE 1.
