8 years ago today, my mom passed away. Time does heal. I MISS HER but she lives on through me and all the kind things she taught me. I am the person I am because of her. I was so fortunate to be with her in her final moment and all the days and weeks leading up to her great journey beyond.

My head does spin with the prospect of caring for two more dear aging people. Funny, I choose the word spin, because lately I have been having periods of severe dizziness. Mind body connection or something else? I am a strong believer in how your mind or stress can affect your health, but this is real and it seems to be those calcium carbonate crystals in my ear or ears that migrate and cause vertigo. If you have never heard of this, you may think I am bonkers...I thought my best friend was crazy when she told me about the crystals in her moms head had to be re-positioned.... I had some blood work done to rule out other things and faced my borderline High blood pressure that has been creeping up the border. No meds, but a natural supplement that may help lower the BP.

We all have our challenges and are so much to so many. Take time for yourself and care for yourself...Then we can care for each other! Have a great day!

Sounds like you had a great Mom. I'm sharing a quote from my mom and how she felt after her parents passed away. I now feel the same after losing both my parents. Those we love don’t go away, They walk beside us every day, Unseen, unheard, but always near, Still loved, still missed and very dear.

I'm sorry for your loss, time doesn't heal all wounds and they can be made fresh anew when circumstances line up just right. My grandmother had vertigo terribly and my brother suffers with it now. It's a very real thing and so hard to deal with or explain to others. Take care of you first so that you've got what it takes to care for those around you. I know you want to make them come first... I've had to do the same in the past... but remember you have to be well enough to be able to help others. Find your joy in the small triumphs and comfort yourself with the fact that you won't have to regret what you didn't do. It sounds like you've got a great prospective and your attitude is inspirational. Good thoughts are headed your
