So I may have figured out my issue! My diet is very experimental. We can try things to see how they work with our weight loss. Well it seems that I began experimenting with sweet potato (which are not technically allowed) some time ago, and had no issues. Buuuut. I've been eating them a lot more recently. Like at least once a week. And my body composition is very different now. So, logically, my next step should be to cut them out again and see what happens. I have one already in my menu for the week, and I do not want to waste it, so I guess it will have to wait until next week. I hope this helps, because I have been trying so hard to break this plateau.
