I did OK with getting up early today, 8:00 AM, tired from having to pick my husband up from work 11:30 PM and then it took me forever to fall-asleep!!!!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
