Well, here I am again...

I'm sure everyone will be sick of me doing this "I'm starting again" stuff but, well, I'm starting again! lol.

The past several weeks have just been, well, bad. I'm not even going to dwell on it, it's in the past and I'm moving on!
My mom has been on the Fat Flush plan for about a month now, and although she doesn't actually have weight to lose, she looks so GREAT! Her skin is glowing, she just looks healthy, she has endless energy (she teaches drama classes at schools all over the valley and in between babysits for my sisters' kids.) Even a totally crazy thing... she was starting to develop this weird like fatty-mole thing on her cheek by her upper lip. NO JOKE, since following the plan, it gradually shrunk away and has all but dissapeared. HOW strange!?

Anyways, I'm rambling... I just wanted to say that I'm back, and I'm back FULL FORCE and for good. Today I'm back on Phase One and I'm going to have a good two week detox and then move straight to phase two (already have the bread and tortillas in the freezer.)

My sister's baby is 6 weeks old today (man, that went FAST!) so she's starting with me today, too (modified though, since she's nursing.)

I'm going to do like I did before and journal every night. Tomorrow is my birthday, and my mom gave us a Black Angus gift card and we're supposed to be going out... I'm all nervous, but I know there will be some sort of protein/veggie dinner to order. Just have to stay away from those bread rolls! :)

Wish me luck... keep up the good work everyone!

Hey happy birthday! And congrats on re-committing- I am doing the same thing starting tomorrow- so don't feel weird.About the dinner- you defibnstely can go for a great steak & salad- ask the waiter to bring the bread with the meal- that way no one is deprived, but you will be distracted! but most of all, enjoy your day!
