minitata's Journal, 01 March 2017

I'm fasting today - I last ate at about 5 pm yesterday and today I've had water and coffee - oh and you know those oranges that have the little baby ones - I ate Tony's baby orange 'cos he finds them too sweet.

I may have a bulletproof coffee later - and make it a fat fast - but we'll see. I've not done full fasting since before Xmas - time to get back to it.

Why have a bulletproof coffee? You said yourself it makes you hungry so aren`t you setting yourself up to fail in your fast by encouraging hunger? Just a thought. :-)

Yes, you're right. I won't be having one. I was thinking of the fats to boost my ketones, but, hey, they'll boost themselves if I don't eat anything. Thank you.
