Pants feel looser but weight is going sideways. I should be 300-400 calories under maintenance but I'm lifting 5 days a week. Plateau from strength training?
196.6 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
