today is off to a fine start, but challenges keep coming at me. We have been invited to have chicken and noodles at my daughter's house and her husband makes THE best home made noodles. I am going to have to stop by the store and get some salad for me so I wont be tempted too much. We have our grandson here who I am helping with his homework. An essay about the emancipation proclamation. I always hated essays when I was in school. What can you say better in your own words? Fortunately he can type it in on google classroom and turn it in with out having a hard copy. Boy have things changed! Anyway my mind is fully committed to surviving the day, after all I am a Weekend Warrior and striving to get through this challenge.

probably too late now but Great Low Carb Bread Co makes different pasta for LC people. I know it's not like those wonderful homemade egg noodles BUT could be nice substituted in place of them for you. You could still have the yummy broth... We are going to have Cavatelli next week...

I only had 1/2 cup of the chicken and noodles and ate a big salad. I am going on line and looking for the Great Low Carb Bread Co I am curious to see what they have, thanks for the tip RCKC
