I'm almost positive I have gained this week. Not a good week food wise or exercise wise. I worked out as normal but laid around the rest of the day with a heating pad. My eating was ok, I never exceeded 2,000 calories, but there was B-Day cake in the house and no matter how you say it, calorie wise, you can't have your cake and eat it too! I pray that I just didn't gain more than a couple of pounds. This is also "the week" and I always put on 1 to 5 pounds. I'm loosing my want to do depend only on the Lord, I need some time away with Him... :)
