Thought I would try hibiscus tea, to curb the hunger, I had major bloating and gas 😲. is it supposed to do that? anyone who knows

Try drinking green tea sisi. I'm really enjoying it.

Fighting the hunger "bug" is a daily struggle bt I found something that really works. I take a 1.5 L sparkling water and add two bags of mint green tea to it. Pop the dry bags in and let them soak. Sip on the water every time you crave something. It really works for me.

Reading up, Hibiscus tea should have the opposite effect. Maybe it was the fact it was new to you that caused it, or even something else you ate. Green tea and peppermint tea are favourites of mine and I use them a lot for diversionary tactics when it comes to hunger. All the best with your goals!
