Is there a way for me to enter a food that isn't on the list?

if you can't find it in the list try the main ingredients like chicken, pork etc
I know I have had to do that

Go to enter the food into your food diary, press enter. If it doesn't come up, on the bottom of that box - left side- is add new food, click there. Add all the info there.
