How can it be that I'm 500 calories below the suggested RDI and still gained in 4 days? And I'm just getting started.
204.6 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 54.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Maybe you are dehydrated? My PT says that can cause weight gain.

Drinking lots of fluids can increase your water weight, especially if its in conjunction with high salt intake

Make sure you are eating 5-6 times a day. Cutting calories and only eating 1-2 times a day will trigger your body to start storing the food and not burning it.

Have you been exercising? muscle weights more than fat. My trainer told me that, then a few days later the weight started to drop.
