My body is going to drag out the last half pound to onederland just to make me suffer!

I thought for sure I'd be down 1-2# today for the simple fact I was sick with some GI thing yesterday. The budge will probably come tomorrow.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
