Yeaaaa! I'm down 3 lbs. Could it be the Zumba that I have just begun?
I have noticed since starting Zumba that I my energy level has been a little low. So, I am making sure I don't forget to take my vitamins, and today, I upped my protein. I am feeling much better.
I had planned on uploading a new profile pic today, but my camera's memory card is full (of pics my daughter has taken). Hopefully tomorrow eve she can move them to her computer, so I can snap a pic and post! :)

Thanks for the hint regarding protein too. I have been feeling low since upping the exercise slightly - protein ! That's what I need too! Looking forward to the new picture!
