Day 1 Orange Theory finished - also started food entry. Need to be more aware of my calories. Was a tough day to get started back on track. Feeling low again and wishing I could shake what I think is chronic depression - but maybe its just life style choices. - Need to make a change - I know changing my body will help - but can't shake the feeling that I just generally want more out of life.

For the time being I'll just weather the storm.

Get out in the sun, exercise, music, kick the carbs. These things will help. And listen to that voice; let it guide you; reach out.
