Fully expecting the gain. Learning about the keto diet - looks interesting. Main goal for this week is orange theory 5 days. Absolutely no bread - rice - potatos - pasta and limited sugars. I think I can get to 118 this way - also see what the 24 hr gym is all about across from work - might be a time saver. Cancelled my gym membership across town still have 1 month to go...
120.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 10.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.9 lb a week
