Finally i lose weight!!! I cut out all the weight watchers low fat things, like the yoghurt and low fat milk( higher in sugar)and also cut out the dry biscuits, and am now only eating "real" foods like salad and veges and lean meats and will admit to putting a teaspoon of cream in my coffee instead of low fat milk!!! and i even went away last weekend for 5 days and did not excersise, but ate alot of good "real" food!!!
I'm still sticking to my points but instead of using low fat foods to fill me up i'm adding cream to coffee(yum)and eating alot more meats and veges... Maybe the high sugar content of low fat foods were my diet killer?? I don't know but i do know that i'm going to stick with whats working.....
216.9 lb Lost so far: 12.3 lb.    Still to go: 51.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.7 lb a week

Wow, that's fantastic. I often have a yogurt and I agree, they put weight on. I love them but after reading this Ill try replacing them with a piece of fruit. Good on you.

That's brilliant, so well done!!! Very true though that low fat often does mean high sugar content in food. I try to eat things like low fat yogurt in moderation and fill up by eating lots of veggies. Keep doing what you're doing though - it's obviously working! Hope you have another great week. :o)
