Good day to everyone. I hope all is well. I had a pretty good day out with the family yesterday. I really enjoyed our time at the archery range. 1. My numbers were a mixed bag this morning...but, here they are... 2. Weight moved back down a little. Good, but no real loss back as of yet. 3. Ketosis breath reading was a 41. Way low and concerning me. 4. Blood sugar was 121/92 @ 92 bpm. Yuk! 5. Just wasn't enough exercise in yesterday's activities. I ran up and down the stairs on the shooting platform dozens of times while at the archery range yesterday, and worked up a good sweat doing it. But, I feel like I needed more. All my soreness is gone in my legs...time to hit it hard again. 6. Mental state is good today...just wish I could say the same for everyone else in my house...lol 7. Today is a new day...time to get going!
