Ryan Rainey's Journal, 18 February 2017

1. Not a very good showing this morning. Numbers are up and down in all the young directions. All of the movement is slight and completely recoverable, just disappointed.
2. Weight was up just over half a pound this morning. After a larger jump back up yesterday, I am concerned.
3. Ketosis was a good reading @ 57 on the breath meter, but that is down from yesterday's 59.
4. Blood sugar was up at 105 mg/dL.
5. Blood pressure 132/92 @ 97 bpm.
6. I feel like I took in too many calories yesterday. I am pretty sure I consumed too much salt. And I don't think I got enough exercise yesterday. Also, I ate my dinner way too late in the day. Busy day yesterday.
7. My legs near my ankles are really sore yesterday and this morning. I had to break down and take some Ibuprofen this morning. Rubbed my legs with some ointment on the sore portion and ran some electric shock through them.
8. Gonna try to get a little more exercise today. Got plans to go shoot bows with my little sister. Might get up to the gym or jump on my bike tonight.
9. I plan to cut salt and increase water intake today.
10. This long weekend may be though...I shall strive to make tomorrow a better day.
