Water Fast Day #4.5
my ketosis this morning is at moderate with 40mg/dL
but I'm drinking so much water and lemon water that I had to wake up 4 times last night to go to the washroom! So annoying...
TGIF! happy long weekend everyone!!
127.6 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 12.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
