I broke my Water Fast last night with some Bone Broth and 2 tbsp of Coconut Oil.
Today I'll try to have pretty much only Bone Broth and maybe a dinner with watermelon or papaya.
My ketosis is still good with moderate traces at 4mg/dL.
I'll have a busy day today so good to stay away to sweet food temptations.
Great weekend everyone.
126.8 lb Lost so far: 9.7 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
