Thanks to cauliflower for making my day great...I use it for my potatoes and so many ways...I love the stuff. Blood glucose down from 22.5 to 15.1 in just 3 days....it may be crazy but I already feel better. I have never been great at sticking to a plan...on a 5 day plan I'm lucky I make it to noon. Its strange how some of us have to reach a health crisis before we make the move to eat healthly. Its never to late to make a new committment to live well and enjoy life.😃
