I am so happy to be going down again, particularly in the 100 pound plus range. Just a hair over 97 this morning. I have been struggling with faith that I belonged in this side of that 200 marker, but I think it will work if I do! I drank lots of fluids yesterday, that probably helped too. Cheers everybody - hope your day is a good one too.
