Got up this morning early and did a few reps of pushups and situps, got home from work and at 10:00pm just walked for 10 min.
Ate chicken nuggets (Iknow not great)
chili small serving
salad
1/2 of a 1/2 of ham sub it had more lettuce and tom then anything else.
1/2 glass of wine
and lots of water.
and 10oz of protein shake with 1% milk to help with the weight training.
tomorrow is another big push workout day. Wish me luck Ill advise when done
