Ok got up this morning feeling pretty refreshed. And heres my workout today
Started with .50 mile walk with dog
Did 40 jumping jacks, 12 pushups off stair, 8 1/2 way up pull ups off tree limb. Plus several upper body workouts with 20lb weights
Ran 4 sprints up and down driveway (about 75 long)
Did 40 more jumping jacks, 10 pusups off of weights on ground, 30 situps and so on and so on. I also did more of a jog with 2 20lb weights in hand up and down driveway. then jogged .25 mile walked .25mile All in all about 1-1/2 hour workout. I repeated alot of the stuff a couple times til I was tired!!!
I have to say I was pretty proud of myself with the pull ups especially with no one here pushing me but me!!!!
Having a banana and a fresh cranberry protien shake for bkf.
Extremelly excited that were going either today or tomorrow to get a weight bench!!!! I just have to keep pushing as much as I can!!!!!

That banana and fresh cranberry protein shake sounds good! What all do you put in it? I'd like to try that!
