I am so determined to lose weight this year. Last year I went from a size 24 to an 18. My goal this year is to drop to size 14. It gets harder and harder with each pound.

That is a great goal! Last year I went from a size 18 to a size 12 pant. I just can't believe how great it is to look at that size 12 tag.....so silly, I know, but hang in there. It is so worth the work! Blessings on your journey!!

By the way, I was going to say the turning point for me was when i started power walking; that is when my pant size really began to diminish.
