Very disappointed that I have put on 2 lbs as I have been very disciplined in not eating many grains. I have thought over what I ate the last 2 days and there doesn't seem the anything I can think of. Maybe the peanut butter pancake yesterday? There was no flour in it at all, only PB, banana, and strawberries. Not sure what else I should change.....
183.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You need to look at your fat intake. It is off the charts. Try to cut the fat down and that could help a lot. Also I would try and cut down on the cream in your coffee. Maybe switch it out for non-fat milk if you don't like black coffee. Another thing I would sub out is the sour cream spinach dip. Try Tiziki instead. Much healthier choice.
