Very disappointed that I have put on 2 lbs as I have been very disciplined in not eating many grains. I have thought over what I ate the last 2 days and there doesn't seem the anything I can think of. Maybe the peanut butter pancake yesterday? There was no flour in it at all, only PB, banana, and strawberries. Not sure what else I should change.....
