Today was my first day in Phase II and it was like being in heaven. For breakfast I enjoyed a bowl of cereal and a cup of coffee!!!! Oh how I've missed coffee! For lunch I stuck with navy beans and rice, and fruit. And for dinner I had parmesan encrusted tilapia and steamed veggies. Snacks during the day consisted of yogurt and fruit and lots of water!

Phase I was really difficult the first couple of days but as time went by all my cravings disappeared. I have to admit that on the last day I had my meals all lined up for the first day of Phase II. I was excited to add back in coffee, cereal, and fish. Increasing my time on the elliptical trainer to 35 minutes was rough, but I made it. I'm ready for tomorrow!

Sounds like you're doing great. Just think, once you make it through Phase II, Phase III has a ton of more stuff you can have that is YUMMY! Congrats on the weightloss.
