I'm having some back pain today, and lost a few hours of sleep because of it. Feels like a sprained muscle, I pray that with prayer and an easy day today that it will heal up. Felt it best not to take part in my sit up challenge until the pain is gone, bummer I was doing very well in my 1st challenge.
