Calorie count for KNITTING! (for 30 minutes - NOT an hour)

Just found this remark on my knitting forum website:

I have a book called the No-Fad Diet from the American Heart Association that list calories burned doing different activities & a person with the approximate weight of 150 lbs burns 68 calories in 30 minutes of knitting.
175 lbs burns 79 calories
200 lbs burns 90 calories
225 lbs burns 102 calories - so 250 lbs burns 115 per half-hour![/b][/u]
so we do burn calories while we knit. So lets keep knitting & burning calories.
