So the break this weekend did bump me up a bit. This just means I have to buckle down this week. I have been cooking with shellfish a lot this week and loving it. I have to say I love scallops and they are so easy to prepare. I am going to add two recipes that I have used to the board. I am also becoming addicted to Jello snack packs.

Diet followed reasonably well.

sugar free jello with sugar free cool whip can be a saving grace for the sweet tooth! I can't wait to see those seafood recipees!
