Yesterday I found myself aimlessly eating and was shocked and stopped as soon as I caught myself. Today I woke up with a tickle in my throat and my nose stopped up. Really hoping I am not getting sick but so many around me have been. The plan is to drink lot's of water today to help flush it out. TGIF friends!
