This is very concerning that my weight keeps increasing.

Doing well so far:
Only eating 1300-1500 calories, low carb usually.
Exercise 4x a week
Minimized alcohol intake for January as a test. (basically 50% reduction)

Next Steps:
Reduce chocolate, cheese and butter, which will help to keep calorie intake at 1000-1200 a day.
143.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
