EFS Cycle 1, Day 5
Breakfast - 2 white eggs with salsa & 1/2 cup of mixed fruits Snack #1 - 1 cheese string & few wheat thin crackers Meal #2 - 1 small fresh fruit smoothie, didn't finish it all because I didn't like grapefruit (Ew! will not make it again) - had carrots & hummus Meal #3 - 4 oz of steak & 1 cup of black beans/3-bean salad Snack #2 - Wheat thin crackers, nuts with raisins and some M&M chocolates, and vanilla wafers (I was hungrier because I worked out a lot today)
Workout: 1 hour of swimming and 30 min of DDR
