EFS Day 6, Cycle 1 (Thursday, May 31st)
Breakfast - 1/2 cup oatmeal (I also added 1 tbsp of wheat germ and flaxseed to it) with veggies with 1 cup of orange juice (not from concentrate) and coffee Meal #2 - 1 mixed fruit & 1 cup of vegetable juice Meal #3 - Spinach salad with tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, and low-fat asian sesame dressing Meal #4 Mango salsa on 4 oz fish with edamame (soybeans) Snack - Wheat thin crackers with 1 piece of laughing cheese cow
Workout: 35 minutes of elliptical in the early afternoon and approx 30 min of DDR in the evening
Between Meal #3 and snack, I had a small Iced caramel macchiato (1% milik) from Starbucks (I couldn't resist and I needed energy!) I know I went a little overboard on coffee limit today so let's hope it doesn't affect my weight loss. :/ Today's the last day for Cycle 1 and I plan to weigh in tomorrow and I am going to eat REALLY good today!

Question are you on Detox Phase I of Fat Smash? The reason I am asking is crackers, fish and orange juice are not allowed during the 9 day Detox Phase. Meats & O.J, (fresh squeezed) are added in Phase II and crackers/wheat bread in PhaseIV. I am not nagging I just want you to get the results you want.

I'm on Extreme Fat Smash not Fat Smash's 90 Day program. ;) So, meats, OJ, and crackers are allowed on that. Thanks for asking!

Jienger, I think Adora is on Extreme Fat Smash, which is from my understanding, quite a bit different from regular FS. I am doing the EFS plan so I am not to familiar with the original plan.
Adora- Except for the Starbuck's splurge, you did great. Extra water should help with the extra caffine/caramel splurge. Keep up the good work!
