Bunion surgery: both feet, Nov. 26/16. 5 weeks total inactivity. 3 weeks minimal activity. Slowly starting to get back on track.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
