I knew that the gain yesterday was water- I am proud that I didn't let it bother me.
198.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1157 kcal Fat: 29.84g | Prot: 55.74g | Carb: 174.40g.   Breakfast: banana, low sugar oatmeal. Lunch: carrot, nutrisystem cheese tortellini. Dinner: Cooked Cauliflower (from Fresh), laughing cow, nutrisystem pasta fagioli. Snacks/Other: skim milk, hershey's nugget, trader joe's french village nonfat yogurt. more...

Well that's good. I know that the minute I see my weight go up, I start freaking about what I ate, and what I did wrong. Then I try to make excuses for it......I just need to let it be and keep pushing forward. Congrats again!
