Just a couple days into this diet and I've lost 1.5 lbs. Probably water weight, but weight loss none the less. I've tried the Atkins once before, but I got bored with it. I was eating the same things all the time. I'm so glad I've found recipes here that will cure that :-)

Hey! I have the same prob with the Atkins diet. I always get like two months in and then I get bored. I never feel like I lose enough weight to move on to phase two. Maybe you and I could encourage eachother and exchange recipes and snack ideas if you want! Well good luck:) ttys!
