Did well at the gym this week but felt I over ate a little on the weekend. Down a little but feeling bloated. Will try and up the water intake over the next ew days.
201.8 lb Lost so far: 10.3 lb.    Still to go: 31.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
