Really active all week. Watched my diet readonably well. Did a 10 km snowshoe on Saturday and probably ate a little too much that day. A little disappointed in the gain. Have to do a little better this week.
202.5 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 32.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
