Wow! Almost a full week in and I am feeling pretty good! The withdrawals are almost over and today I am feeling some energy that I've been looking forward to. I am weighing in officially tomorrow, but as of today I have lost 3-4 pounds. I wish I had lost more, but the numbers are going down, so I can't complain a bit.
