Good Morning, FS Buddies! Down a couple more pounds. Gave myself a break on the exercise yesterday. Planning on a little more intense workout this morning. This has been a heck of a week.Three funerals. I only officiated at one, but all were close friends of the family. Meals after funerals are pretty tempting; I faltered a time or two, but still exercised more reserve than I would have before. I would be officiating at a funeral Monday, but I am having surgery then and just cannot do it.
Getting ready to start my courses up at the Nazarene Bible College again, and am going to take a couple courses here locally - or within 75 miles. Looking forward to a pretty exciting year.
